Every person has a little extrasensory skill lurking somewhere inside them. You can learn how to develop telepathy if you allow yourself to recognize the subliminal messages that are being sent from your own thought processes. It’s not as hard as it first sounds.

Telepathy is thought to be the idea that you can read and send thoughts to someone, and many people assume that it is clear as having a normal conversation. In reality, all that happens is that a simple picture or feeling is picked up on from someone else. This is also true if you send a telepathic message to someone, it may just be interpreted by the receiver as simply thinking about you instead of a detailed message.

To begin, you should think about nothing and let your mind empty as much as possible. This makes it easier to recognize impressions that you get to your subconscious. You may find it in the beginning your own thoughts will be stronger than any psychic impression.

Perhaps the easiest way to develop telepathy is to work with someone else who is receptive to getting in sending messages back. You will want to concentrate on a detailed picture forwarded message and send them to your partner and see how much of that they can tell you back. Practice sending and receiving these back and forth since this can give you instant feedback a show you where your strengths and weaknesses line with telepathy. If you find that you’re stronger in receiving, you may choose to practice more with sending or vice versa.

Realize you will have to practice developing telepathy before you have any skill added. If you and naturally perceptive to other people’s thoughts and feelings, this practice may be much easier on new, but it is still an important step in the development.

Like any other muscle, your brain will have to be exercised. To develop telepathy you’ll need to practice and pay attention to the images that you receive and learn to tell the difference between your own thoughts and outside ones. The more you do this, the higher your success rate will become.
